Workplace Problems

We function in relationships at work as well as at home, and sometimes these go awry.  Problems in communicating effectively, cooperating effectively, or promoting ideas with a useful sort of assertiveness are often to blame.  We must assess what holds us back, and then develop some new psychological skills to set our effectiveness free.
